Great Melton Old Rectory, Norfolk – Wedding Venue

The day was absolutely perfect for Andy & Rebecca’s September wedding. Their beautiful ceremony was at St Peter’s Church in Cringleford, Norwich, Norfolk with lovely weather, fab guests and their gorgeous little boy Jake. The ceremony couldn’t have gone more perfectly and after the confetti was thrown, they were whisked away in a VW Campervan to The Old Rectory in Great Melton, Norfolk.

The after-wedding party was thrown in the garden of the Old Rectory with a huge, double teepee full of picnic tables, bunting and an indoor fire-pit with jars of marshmallows ready for toasting. Fairy lights on the teepee sparkled into the warm evening and the guests filled up on hog-roast and the obligatory Pimms while the children played in the trees and the garden.

It really was the perfect late summer wedding for two genuinely lovely people and I was truly happy to have covered the day for them.
